Job Title: Psychotherapist
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues. Your role will involve conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.
Responsibilities:

Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions to assess and address clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a thorough assessment of clients' needs and goals.

Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, and regularly evaluate progress.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.

Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to provide comprehensive care and ensure coordinated treatment.

Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education activities to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including maintaining client confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.

Provide crisis intervention as needed and make appropriate referrals for psychiatric evaluation or additional support services.
Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

State licensure as a Psychotherapist or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals across the lifespan.

Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation: Wage range is $35.00 - $55.00 per billable hour depending on experience.
