JOB DESCRIPTION: Mental Health Therapist/Psychoeducation Teacher
REPORTS TO: Clinical Director and Academic Director
TIME COMMITMENT: 40 Hours
STARTING PAY: $70,000
STATUS: At-Will Employee

The bulk of responsibility is teaching psycho-education classes during the school day.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Teaches 4 psychoeducational classes per day, 4 days per week, during school sessions
- The classes will vary from psychoeducation to group therapy
- Charts group and class documentation in the HQ system in a timely manner
- Classes and groups continue to run during school breaks
- Possibility of a small individual caseload of 2 individuals.
Requirements
Requirements
- Utah State license
- Masters level or higher in counseling/mental health
- Professional documentation and charting skills
- Experience in treating youth and young adults
- Comfortable with team approach
- Willingness to learn Telos systems and approach
Preferred
- Experience in residential treatment preferred but not necessary
- Working knowledge of DBT skills
- Special training in working with emotional dysregulation
