Oasis Mental Health is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator(s), offering the opportunity to schedule prospective patients with depression, and other mental health disorders, for treatment at one of our centers. These treatments include Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic stimulation (TMS). Oasis Mental Health is seeking individuals who will introduce and educate prospective patients on our treatment options, assisting with their needs, and encouraging callers to book free consultations at a treatment center nearest to them.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato are both breakthrough treatments that have extremely promising results for treating depression. We will be the largest TMS and Spravato provider in the state of New Jersey. Location: On-site, Deerfield Beach. The position is ideal for candidates who seek a professional and comfortable environment, and are passionate about mental health and helping others. This full-time position is for a self-motivated, energetic individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Educating callers about our treatments and booking new appointments for in-office coordinators.
- Scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments.
- Ramping up to handling 100-130 inbound/outbound calls on a daily basis from/to "leads" that inquire directly to us about our treatment and have requested a call.
- Administrative tasks such as data collection, data entry, and task management.
- Providing information to prospective patients who are interested in learning more about our treatment options.
- Pre-screening patients for insurance coverage.
- Handling inbound calls, SMS messages, and emails. Making outbound calls, SMS messages, and emails.
- Maintaining a high level of empathy and compassion with each prospective patient you speak to.
