Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Grade Levels: Pre-Kindergarten to 8th Grade
Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and licensed School Psychologist to join our team in Springfield, MA. This full-time onsite role involves working with students in Pre-K through 8th grade to support their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student needs.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for academic and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide expert recommendations and insights.
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to create positive learning environments.
- Complete all required fingerprinting and CORI checks in compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
