Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! Focus is to provide high quality patient care, in a Mental Health Out-Patient setting. Certification in Psychiatry is necessay for a six fiqure salary. Will train Family APRN interested in getting Psychiatry Certification.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses in Mental Illness.
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Mental Health and Certification in Psychiatric APRN, will help with a Top 6 fiqure salary, but will train Family APRN interested in pursuiing Mental Certification.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
