Location: Oklahoma (Remote)
Hourly Pay: $40 - $45 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate full-time virtual School Psychologist to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will provide remote psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions for students in K-12 schools. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students overcome challenges and thrive in their educational environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in accordance with school district guidelines.
  • Provide counseling services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students mental health and academic performance.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external professionals to create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, interventions, and student progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with school teams and provide professional guidance on student mental health and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Education Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid Oklahoma School Psychologist certification or licensure.
  • Previous experience in a school setting, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, IEPs, BIPs, and mental health interventions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with virtual tools and platforms for assessments and counseling.
