On-Site, Full Time School Psychologist Near Windsor, CO

ProCare Therapy is looking to fill a School Psychologist contract job in our school district! This is a full-time, on-site position starting ASAP. As a School Psychologist, you will provide essential support for high school students, including assessments, IEPs, evaluations, and mental health support.

Location: Milliken, CO
Job Type: Full-time, School Psychologist
Start/End Date: ASAP End of 2025 School Year
Caseload: High School (roughly 60 students)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all student initial and re-evaluations, including student testing.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to high school students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or social issues.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support during emergencies.
  • Work with students, families, and school staff to address and resolve conflicts and behavioral concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Colorado (please include your license in the application).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a School Psychologist, particularly with high school students.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Must be willing/able to commute to Greeley, Colorado.
  • Must be able to be on-site, 5 days per week.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances.
  • Proficiency in using assessment tools and technology related to psychology and education.
Experience:
  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist with high school-aged students is required.
  • 3+ Years of experience preferred
  • Experience with diverse populations and a variety of psychological assessments and interventions.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, mental health, and education.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Weekly Pay
  • $48$53hourly rate (Pay dependent on experience and school district budget).
