Location: Midlothian, VA and surrounding areas within 20 miles from Midlothian

Hours: Part-Time, 2pm - 8pm

This role is perfect for students majoring in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful change.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Provide engaging and effective one-on-one behavioral interventions in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities.

  • Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to foster desired behaviors and skills.

  • Collect and meticulously record data on client progress, contributing to their developmental journey.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering insights and strategies for continued support.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Students or graduates in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related fields.

  • Enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to making a difference.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

  • Pass Background Check

  • Reliable transportation and a valid VA driver's license.


Physical Demands:

Full physical dexterity/agility to perform all required movements (running, bending, kneeling, typing, standing, fetching documents).

Sufficient vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.

Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (5 to 50 lbs.).
