Our Program Director will provide clinical supervision to our Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Program Directors work to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure is required (LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege)
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
