Summary



  • Specialty: Psychiatric Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Setting: Outpatient Clinic
  • Nevada and California state licenses preferred
  • CMS/Medicare approved
  • California and Nevada Medicaid eligible / approved
  • Certifications: DEA, CAQH, BLS, experience with a MAT program
  • Weekly schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Patient volume per day: 8-16
  • Ages seen: 80% Adult / 20% Peds/Adolescents
  • Credentialing: 30-45 Days
  • Clinic Staff: 4 physicians, 3NPs, 2RNs, 5MAs
  • Behavioral Health Staff: 5 therapists, 1 RN
  • EHR - Epic
  • Experienced in patient care and prescribing of psychiatric medications.
  • Experience with medication-assisted therapy opioid withdrawal is mandatory.
Washoe Tribal Health Center would like to find an experienced candidate ready to commit to a three or 6-month initial placement with a desire to go permanent.
