About the Role:


As a PMHNP with Deer Oaks, you'll play a vital role in an integrated treatment team dedicated to the well-being of individuals in long-term care facilities. You'll conduct in-person psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and implement Medicare-compliant gradual dose reduction strategies. We prioritize your professional growth, offering accredited CEUs and ongoing case consultation with our experienced clinicians.

This opportunity is available in Loveland, Ft. Collins, Greely, and Windsor allowing you to contribute directly to the psychological and psychiatric well-being of individuals in LTC facilities in your local community. This a a part time role 3 days per week.
