What You-ll Do:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients, utilizing evidence-based methods to support their independence and promote positive behavior.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to implement personalized skill-building and care plans.
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for clients and build strong connections with their families.
What You Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Important Details:
- Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.
- All positions start part-time.
- You-ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
- We-re looking for candidates willing to commit to at least 6 months of service.
