Psychotherapist [LCSW, LMHC] [25 Caseload] [W-2, FFS] Massapequa, NY

Hello!

We are looking for an in-person [W-2, fee-for-service with benefits] therapist to work in our group practice. We are currently looking to hire an LCSW or LMHC with a starting rate of $75 per session. Additional pay of up to $500 a month for meeting certain benchmarks.

We have a warm family feel in our group practice. The practice is growing and we are looking to add more therapists to our team. This is a W-2 fee for service position, and we are only interested in hiring people who will want a caseload of 25+ clients (the maximum is up to you!). We will provide weekly group supervision (encouraged but not mandatory) as well as make ourselves available for supervision or to discuss any case/session desired. We try to foster a collaborative atmosphere that emphasizes support, self-care, and growth/learning.

As we know that FFS is higher risk/higher reward payment structure than an hourly or salaried position, we offer the ability to accrue PTO as well as pay our clinicians for any late cancel/no-show for which we collect a fee. We also offer Healthcare Pay and a 401(k) with employer matching (beginning January 2024). We are always looking to improve the position and make things better for our employees.

We have a few open office spots to fill. Ideally we find a great fit who can fill many or most of those spots as their in-office days, and this will be factored into our decision-making. However, if you only wish to be in the office Fridays and Saturdays or just Saturdays, please apply anyway as we will also soon be looking for a weekend clinician! (Sundays are also available but building a Sunday caseload will take time, as you can imagine).

You may see as many clients via telehealth as you wish on days you don't have an office, but we are -NOT- looking for a telehealth-only therapist at this time. Our priority is to fill these offices and continue to grow our culture and our family.

Our office availability currently is:

Monday, Tuesday until 5 (final appointment ending at 5, the office will be in use at 5:30 on), Friday, and Saturday.

Please note, with termination, onboarding, and the holidays coming up, it is likely you will be ready to see clients with us January 1st.
