Job Details



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced LMHC therapist to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible schedule that offers 5 weeks of vacation time and competitive salary and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health issues and will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions for patients with mental health issues
  • Developing treatment plans and goals for patients based on their individual needs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
  • Providing crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Participating in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy

Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or LMHC
  • Tech Savvy - comfortable with EMRs (we use eCW) and other platforms such as Zoom for telehealth.
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity is a plus
