Job Description:
Provides therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients and families. This is to include but is not limited to individual, group, and family therapy, mental health intakes and assessments, diagnostics, and coordination of treatment services for the patient. May be required to provide Minnesota DHS Clinical Supervision requirements as required for Partial Hospitalization Programs.
Education Qualifications:

PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Join our continually expanding Behavioral Health team here at Essentia. At present, we have successfully implemented outpatient Behavioral Health services within many of our primary care clinics across the West Market.
- This opportunity is for pediatric outpatient practice at our South University Behavioral Health department in Fargo.
- The therapist in this position will provide behavioral health therapy services to pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses including (but is not limited to): anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and interpersonal relationship conflict. There is flexibility with this position to shape it to match your interests.
- Practice independently with a multidisciplinary Behavioral Health Team (including psychiatry, psychology, neuropsychology, and social work) with the benefit of a biweekly case consultation with the team, as well as the ongoing informal support of colleagues with a variety of clinical interests and backgrounds. In addition, a nurse and scheduling team are available for assistance with care coordination.
- No after-hours call is required with this position.
- The department offers Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits to support ongoing professional development.
Educational Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, psychology, or other discipline that meets eligibility requirements for licensure in the primary state of practice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical or behavioral health setting
- Experience providing care to a diverse population
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
- Licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state in which the position is based. Licensed or license-eligible to provide telehealth services in other states in the market

Minnesota:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or
- Licensed Professional Counselor or (LPC) or
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
? Salary - Minimum $33.31 for a credentialed therapist; Minimum for an non-credentialed therapist $30.28; Salary will commensurate with experience. Potential to earn more with production.

- Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
- 4 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Fargo-Moorhead population: 180,000
- Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals.
