Job Summary
All Around Achievers is dedicated to providing immediate support to individuals in Skill Building needs in the Tri-cities area. We are currently seeking 2-10 compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Skill Building Counselors to join our team. As a preferred candidate, you will offer Skill Building services to adults who may be are at risk of hospitalization or out-of-home placement due to acute mental health conditions.
Responsibilities
Provide crisis stabilization services to individuals in acute mental health crisis in the community setting.
Work collaboratively with a team under the guidance of a dedicated Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director Conduct real-time supervision sessions with clients. With up to 6 sessions weekly, to ensure effective support and intervention.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
The ability to work well within a team environment
Positive, compassionate attitude helpful
Bachelors Degree
QMHP- A/T or QPPMH
