Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions are generally require staff to work with clients in clinic, school, and home-based settings. RBTs will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services and collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of the BCBA and/or BCaBA. Behavior Technicians provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services that help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) improve independent functioning skills RBTs are responsible for providing life-changing care by working one-on-one with clients and families to help them achieve new skills and milestones.

Job Duties:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, school, and home settings
- Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
- Effectively communicate with Parents and caregivers regarding clients progress
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Maintain RBT Certification
- Completed all additional Job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a current State Driver's License and Insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (including fingerprints), drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Ability to work with children and families with divers backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
- Basic computer skills
- Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States
- Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus!
