Job Description
- Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format
- Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
- Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans
- Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client
- Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.
- Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines
- Promptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
- Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
Job Requirements
-High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
-The desire to work with children and experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
-Commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
Availability
-Full time: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- Also offering Part Time positions; Morning 8-12 or Afternoons 12-4
