About the Position:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a dynamic educational team in Melrose, MA for the 2024-2025 school year. The RBT will provide behavioral support to students in grades K-12, helping them achieve academic and social goals through evidence-based interventions and individualized care. This is a full-time, on-site position where the successful candidate will work directly with students and collaborate with educators and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with various behavioral needs.
- Collect data on student progress and behavior, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistent support.
- Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain professional munication with families, staff, and administration.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Prior experience working with children in a school or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent munication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.
