At The Treetop ABA Therapy, we are committed to supporting children ages 2-18 through our in-home, clinic-based, and community-focused ABA programs across Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Mexico, and Oklahoma (with Colorado coming soon). As the demand for effective educational services for children with autism increases, our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are designed to provide evidence-based support. We focus on addressing the unique challenges of autism spectrum disorder by enhancing the individual's social and learning environments. Collaborating closely with parents and other professionals, we tailor our approach to best meet the needs of each child.
Position Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with us, you'll be a key representative of our company, benefiting from top-notch training and support from our skilled supervising clinicians and leadership team. Client service hours are driven by medical necessity and include opportunities during both daytime and afterschool hours. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, focusing on developing essential skills to help them thrive in both home and community settings under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. We equip our RBTs with comprehensive resources, including materials and stimuli to facilitate skill acquisition, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.

Requirements:
- RBT Certification Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (client transport not provided)
- Experience with EMR Systems (Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, etc.)
- Ability to work with clients of various ages, skill levels, and behaviors
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/BLS Certification (if applicable)
