Position Description:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide individualized ABA therapy, work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and other ABC staff, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, and receive in-depth as well as ongoing training with opportunities to grow into multiple departments within the company. Supervision positions available in multiple locations.
Job Requirements:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to patients
- Able to become and maintain in good standing the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
- Able to become Professional Crisis management (PCM) certified via the required training course
- Able to become First Aid/CPR certified
- Able to effectively operate a tablet and learn electronic data collection software
- High School diploma or GED required
- Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to pass a full Indiana criminal background check
- Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks
