About the Position:
Soliant Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an onsite role at a middle school in Marion, OH. In this role, you will work with 5th-grade students, primarily in a cross-category classroom with a maximum of 2 students at a time, along with a classroom aide and an IS (intervention specialist). The position offers support from a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). While your primary focus will be on autism support, the caseload may expand to other students in the future.
This is a contract position for the current school year (2024-2025) with the possibility of continued employment for subsequent school years. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance benefits, a 401(k) plan, and weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral intervention plans and strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Provide 1:1 support for students, focusing on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) needs.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviors and promoting positive student engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in data collection and tracking student progress on individualized goals.
- Attend team meetings and work closely with the BCBA to adjust strategies as needed.
- Support students in both academic and social-emotional learning.
- Be flexible and open to the possibility of working with additional students as needed.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with students with autism and behavioral needs is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong munication skills and a positive, patient attitude.
- Ability to implement and follow behavior intervention plans.

- Must be able to work onsite at the middle school in Marion, OH.
- Must pass background checks and other required school district screenings.
