Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Chesterbrook, PA

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data and track the progress of clients during therapy sessions
- Assist with creating a positive, engaging environment for children with autism and other developmental disorders
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy in a variety of settings (home, school, clinic, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the therapy team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disorders is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Ability to maintain a positive and motivating environment for clients
