About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Munhall, PA. In this role, you will provide essential behavioral support to students, using evidence-based techniques to foster their growth and success in academic and social settings.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behaviors and address behavioral challenges.
- Collect and record accurate data to monitor and report on student progress.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other team members to ensure prehensive support.
- Maintain professional standards as required by the RBT credential through ongoing supervision and training.
- Foster a positive and structured environment that supports student development.
Qualifications- Certification:
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly valued.
- Skills:
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow behavior plans accurately.
