Location: Various locations across New Jersey
Job Type: Part-time (with full-time capabilities if multiple cases are taken on)

Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as RBT-certified ABA Therapists! As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We have cases available all across New Jersey, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to take on multiple cases for those interested in full-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adults in their homes under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Attend regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a positive and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification is required (if you don't have it, access free training atthis link (https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/rbt80k/) ).
- Experience in providing ABA therapy is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must pass background checks as required by law.
