Job Description:
As a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), you will provide in-home therapy services to children with autism. You will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote the child's social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism in their homes.

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each child.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Track and document the child’s progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Foster a supportive and engaging environment that encourages developmental progress.

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in autism therapy.

Qualifications:

• Must have current Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) Certification.

• Experience working with children with autism is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within Maine.
