What You Can Expect:

We are seeking a compassionate, kind, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and mental health therapists. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality psychiatric care to adults with a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more.

The RN will provide essential support in clinical triage, referrals, crisis management, patient assessments, and care coordination. This position will also involve administering medications, supporting medical assistants, and participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on nursing care, administering medications and treatments as ordered
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and treatment options
  • Coordinate care with healthcare providers, including referrals and patient follow-up
  • Delegate tasks to medical assistants and support team-based care delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped nursing environment
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to group facilitation in select settings

Reporting Structure:

The RN will report directly to Behavioral Health service line operational leadership. The RN will be supported by Behavioral Health service line physician leadership for clinical practice, as well as the St. Luke's Nursing Center of Excellence.

Schedule: M-F 8-5 or 4/10s 7-6

Qualifications:

  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
