Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or Master's Program Enrolled) to join our team!
Our practice specializes in adolescent and adult anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment, and marital issues. We are looking for someone passionate about mental health who is eager to grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions (30, 45, and 60 minutes) for individuals, couples, or families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client sessions and treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy tailored to anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment, and marital dynamics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers as needed to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in free supervision sessions and pursue certifications provided by the practice.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
- Lead therapy groups
- Document clients’ treatment
- Complete diagnostic assessments
- Provide crisis intervention
- Provide milieu management
- Provide clinical support and observation of clinical interns
- Update the daily census with client attendance and monitor and document show rates/referral sources for marketing purposes
Qualifications:
- Must be independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC) or
- Eligible for licensure or
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field with a strong passion to learn and grow.
- Interest or experience in working with children, teens, couples, and families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with clients.
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and growth in the mental health field.
