Remote School Psychologist - California School District
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote School Psychologist to provide support to K-12 students across California in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and school administrators to assess students psychological needs, develop intervention plans, and deliver counseling services via telehealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Offer individual and group counseling to students
- Work closely with school teams to create individualized support plans
- Communicate with parents and teachers on student behavior, mental health, and academic challenges
- Support in crisis intervention and develop prevention strategies
- Uphold accurate and timely documentation of student progress
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential
- Proven experience working as a school psychologist, preferably in a remote environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of psychoeducational assessment, counseling techniques, and special education processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
