School Psychologist - Delavan, WI (2024-25 School Year)
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Delavan, WI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing psychological assessments, counseling, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address emotional, social, and academic issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to review students progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to promote a positive school climate.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student services and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license in the state
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students, parents, and staff.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in school psychology.
