School Psychologist
Location: Doylestown, PA

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Doylestown, PA. The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessments, counseling, and interventions that promote academic, emotional, and social development. This role requires close collaboration with teachers, parents, and school administrators to develop strategies and programs that support the well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address behavioral, emotional, and mental health issues
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans in collaboration with special education teams
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to design and implement interventions that support student success
  • Participate in special education eligibility meetings and help determine the appropriate services for students
  • Monitor the progress of students receiving psychological services and adjust interventions as needed
  • Support crisis intervention and provide mental health resources as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including IDEA and Section 504

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
  • Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification (or eligibility for certification)
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling techniques
  • Experience working with diverse student populations, including special education (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to special education and school psychology
