School Psychologist - Full-Time Position (2024-2025 School Year)
Location: River Park, FL
Soliant Education is currently hiring a full-time School Psychologist in the River Park, FL area for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide psychological services and support to students in a K-12 district, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional growth in a school setting.
Position: School Psychologist
Caseload: K-12 Students
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students to assess academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Review student records and collaborate with educators to develop comprehensive support plans.
- Provide counseling services to students experiencing academic, social, or behavioral challenges.
- Attend Multi-Disciplinary Committee (MDC) meetings to discuss student progress and support needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create and implement individualized support plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate findings with parents and school staff.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Florida Department of Health (DOH) License for School Psychology
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and collaborate with school teams
