I am working with a school in the Stuart FL area that is scheduling interviews immediately for a School Psychologist job. This job will be working with a K-12th grade caseload consisting of mild to moderate disability types and will cover 1-2 school sites. The district is looking for someone for Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm (37.5 hours) and the ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience/internships, hold an active CA PPS credential and be flexible on caseload and location.

Required:
- Certified or eligible for a certificate as a School Psychologist as required by the FL State Department of Education.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of psychological diagnosis and counseling as applied to children and the school situation.
- Knowledge of school system organization and operation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and to gain the confidence and cooperation of students, parents and school staff.
- Ability to administer and interpret psychological tests, formulate diagnoses, and generate educational interventions.
