Location: Franklin, CT
Dates: ASAP 6/13/2025
Hours: 7:00 AM 2:30 PM Monday Friday / 35 hours weekly (hours may vary)
Caseload: Middle and High School

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, contract position in Franklin, CT for the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers a hybrid schedule for the right candidate with appropriate experience. Join us in making a positive impact on students' academic, emotional, and social growth while providing essential support to middle and high school students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological services and assessments for middle and high school students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to address students mental health needs.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Assist with the development of IEPs and 504 plans.
  • Administer psychological assessments and interpret results.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support for students as needed.
  • Serve as a resource for teachers, students, and families regarding mental health and behavioral concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Valid Connecticut Department of Education (CT DOE) School Psychologist certification.
  • Previous experience working with middle and high school students preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and community members.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to a caseload of students with various needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay range: $47 - $56 per hour
