An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specialized in addressing the diverse needs of students within a K-12 environment. Located in Riverside, CA, this contract position focuses on providing essential psychological services from August 2025 through May 2026.
Qualifications:
- Valid California PPS Psych Credential
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Proficient in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location:
Riverside, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Provide consultation services to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
