What Were Looking For:- Education: Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid School Psychologist Licensure in Connecticut is required.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
- Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
Your Role in Making a Difference:- Full-Time Commitment: This is a dedicated full-time, on-site position.
- Assessment & Intervention: Use your expertise in psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies to drive student success.
- Child Development Expertise: Apply your knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues that affect students.
- Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators, utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while also being capable of working independently.
- Cultural Competence: Deliver equitable services and demonstrate a commitment to cultural competence.
