In this role, you will work closely with students, parents, and school staff to support students emotional, social, and academic development. Key Job Details:- Location: Onsite in Houston, Texas

- Caseload & Site Information: Specific caseload and school site details will be shared during your interview with our Special Services Director.
What Were Looking For:- Required: Texas state certification as a School Psychologist
- Preferred: Experience in a school setting, working with students with diverse needs
- Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessments, behavior management, and intervention strategies
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student success
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to determine students' cognitive, emotional, and social development needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support IEP teams in meeting student needs
- Provide counseling and emotional support for students experiencing behavioral or social challenges
- Work closely with teachers and parents to develop strategies for improving academic performance and emotional well-being
- Monitor student progress and provide recommendations for further interventions
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Participate in professional development and stay updated with best practices in school psychology
