Virtual K-12 School Psychologist - 1099

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and motivated Virtual School Psychologist to provide online psychological services for K-12 students. This flexible, remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on students' academic and emotional success.

  • Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

  • Location:Tennessee - Remote (Virtual/Teletherapy)

  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time options, aligned with the school calendar

  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and caseload

  • Payment: Weekly direct deposit

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Tennessee Educator Endorsement
  • Active School Psychologist license in Tennessee
  • At least 2 years of experience working with K-12 students
  • Previous teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in conducting virtual assessments and counseling sessions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual psychological services to K-12 students

  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement interventions

  • Offer counseling and crisis intervention to support student mental health

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop effective support plans

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

  • Adapt psychological strategies for an online learning environment
