School Psychologist
Location: Somerville, Tennessee
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Fayette County Schools is seeking a passionate and skilled School Psychologist to join our dedicated team! This full-time position serves students across grades K-12 and plays a vital role in promoting academic, social, and emotional success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to evaluate student needs in learning, behavior, and mental health.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral and academic interventions.
- Offer consultation and training to staff on strategies to meet diverse student needs.
Qualifications:- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Tennessee.
- Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
