Your Role:

  • Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time, on-site position.
  • Assessment & Intervention: Utilize your knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies to support student success.
  • Child Development Expertise: Apply your understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team while also being able to work independently.
  • Cultural Competence: Provide equitable services and demonstrate commitment to cultural competence.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Must holdvalid School Psychologist Licensure in Maine.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Application & Interview Process:

  • Initial Screening: 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Recruiter.
  • Interview: 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
  • Offer: Typically extended within 24 hours of the interview.
