ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a qualified School Psychologist in Puyallup that is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts for the 2024-2025 school year. More detailed information regarding job description and employment is listed below:
Location: Puyallup
Duration: Full Time, for the duration of the 2024/2025 School Year
Caseload: The school-based mental health therapist provides quality mental health therapy to children, youth, adults, and families within the school district

Job Description
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
- Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing equitable services to a diverse
Job Requirements
- Master's in School Psychology isrequired
- Must have School Psychologist Licensure
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
