Were collaborating with a school district to fill a Psychologist position for the 2024-2025 academic year. The district prefers candidates with experience in schools but welcomes all qualified candidates to apply. This full-time role will involve working with a K-12 caseload.
Job Details:- Onsite near the Sugar Land, Texas area

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active TexasState School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided
