Sunbelt is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and education, with a passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and support services as needed.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on mental health and educational strategies.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
