Key Responsibilities- Evaluations: Conduct assessments to identify students needs and eligibility for services.
- Consultation: Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to create effective intervention strategies.
- Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling to address behavioral and emotional challenges.
- IEP Support: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
- Crisis Management: Offer timely intervention during crises and assist in developing preventative strategies.
