Key Responsibilities- Assessments: Conduct prehensive evaluations to determine students' needs and eligibility for services.
- Consultation: Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement effective interventions.
- Interventions: Design and implement individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Support Services: Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary.
