Soliant is excited to invite a passionate School Psychologist to join our team in Monroe, WA! This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to support students' mental health, emotional well-being, and academic growth within a collaborative school setting.
Responsibilities:- prehensive Evaluations: Conduct assessments and analyze data to identify students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Counseling and Support: Provide individual and group counseling to help students navigate challenges and foster resilience.
- Collaboration: Partner with teachers, families, and other support staff to create tailored plans for student success.
- IEP and 504 Plans: Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans, ensuring goals align with student needs.
Qualifications:- Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology
- Valid Washington School Psychologist certification
- Excellent munication and organizational skills
- Experience with diverse student populations is a plus
