Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:
The School Psychologist delivers essential psychological services to students within a school environment. This role is crucial in advancing mental health, supporting academic success, and encouraging positive behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family interventions for both special education and general education students.
- Offer crisis intervention services for students at risk, including immediate intervention, evaluation, and referrals to community agencies.
- Administer behavioral rating scales, personality assessments, and projective techniques for diagnostic purposes.
- Complete evaluations, reports, and necessary correspondence as directed by the supervisor, focusing on at-risk and/or students with SEBD.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and assess behavioral and academic intervention strategies for students.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Offer case management support, including coordinating home-school relations, inter-agency collaboration, community resource referrals, and family assistance when required.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist.
- Experience delivering psychological services within an educational setting.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote service provision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with students, families, and school personnel.

- Adaptable scheduling to meet both in-person and virtual service requirements.
