Job Title: School Psychologist

Location: Issaquah, WA Area

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Onsite, Itinerant

Pay Scale: $50-65/hour

Caseload(s): Grades K-5

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team in the Issaquah, WAarea.This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2024-2025 school year. Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington School Psychologist license
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Must have OSPI approval to work in schools
  • Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • mitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address behavioral, emotional, and academic issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and remend interventions.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding effective instructional strategies and classroom management techniques.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student evaluations, progress, and services provided.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of school psychology through professional development opportunities
