Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Ludlow, VT!
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one support to students in an Autism program.
- Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to ensure consistency in implementing behavioral strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and revision of behavior intervention plans.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active RBT certification or have experience as a Paraeducator (Mod/Severe, CPI training, BT/BI experience).
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A passion for supporting the educational and behavioral needs of students with special needs.
Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM
- Setting: One school site only
- Caseload: High school students
