Paraprofessionals
ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special needs.
ProCare Therapy Benefits/Compensation:
- Starting hourly pay rate of $28-35/hr (Basedon experience, education, and area)
- Weekly pay throughout the entirety of the assignment as a W-2 Employee

Everyday Duties:
- Behavior intervention
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
- Work closely with students, providing individualized support and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.
Requirements:
- RBT certification/license
- Classroom experience/special education experience (Preferred)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Interview Process:
- 15 minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative
- 30 Minute zoom interviews with the district
- Offers are typically 24/48 hours after an interview
- You will be provided an interview prep sheet prior to the interview process
